One of the first things people notice is your smile. If
chipped, stained, or crooked teeth are concealing the real
you, it's time for a smile make-over with cosmetic dentist
Gabe Bodnar, DMD PA. A stunning smile can enhance your life
every day, professionally and socially. And unlike plastic
surgery, cosmetic dentistry is not a major operation. Imagine
coming in for a single appointment or two with Dr. Bodnar,
and emerging with the smile you've always wanted with no
pain, no tension, and no time taken away from your demanding
life. The results are immediate and dramatic. To receive
a consultation, come to Dr. Bodnar. There are many ways
they can give you a youthful, appealing, natural looking
smile!
Teeth
Whitening
Brighten teeth that have lost their sparkle. Wherever you
look, teeth are white, whiter, and whitest. Dr. Bodnar can
treat discolored, stained or aging teeth with their state-of-the-art
whitening process. The treatment can be completed in just
over an hour in his office, or you can choose treatments
to perform at home. A stunning smile is no longer for celebrities
only. It is for you too, because you're worth it. Now Dr.
Bodnar can brighten your smile with powerful whitening treatments
that lighten discolorations caused by coffee, cigarettes,
medication, or aging. You'll notice the difference immediately,
and so will everyone else in your life. Dr. Bodnar will
personally fit you for a tray containing whitening gel quickly
and effortlessly in your initial visit, and then you will
continue treatments in your home until your teeth are as
brilliant as you want.
Porcelain
veneers
Cover problem teeth with ultra-thin porcelain veneers. Think
of this treatment as a manicure for your smile. Veneers
are thin shells of porcelain that are custom fitted over
your natural teeth. Dr. Bodnar can use veneers to correct
chipped, weakened, or discolored teeth. No more yellow.
No more gaps or embarrassing chips. Dr. Bodnar can change
the shape, color and length of your teeth in only two visits.
It looks so good you'll wonder why you waited so long. Today
at Dr. Bodnar’s they have exciting new biomaterials
that can give your smile a boost without invasive treatments.
And Dr. Bodnar's veneers can return real structural integrity
to damaged teeth, while leaving them looking better than
the originals. At DR. Bodnar’s office, your veneers
are custom made to fit over your natural teeth, with a finish
more translucent to blend in with surrounding teeth. People
will no longer notice your tooth; they will simply see your
striking, natural smile.
Crowns
When the size of a filling exceeds a certain proportion
of the tooth, it must be replaced with a cap, which is also
called a crown. A crown covers your tooth completely. It
fits snugly at the gum and protects what remains of the
natural tooth. Dr. Bodnar may recommend a crown if your
tooth cannot hold a filling, or if your tooth is cracked
or broken and in danger of fracturing down to the root.
Dr. Bodnar likes to use porcelain crowns that look very
natural and don't have a dark metal edge. Porcelain crowns
reflect light with a natural vigorous glow. Crowns appear
and perform precisely like natural teeth. Dr. Bodnar may
advise a bridge be utilized to replace one or more teeth.
These restorations are cemented onto the teeth and are referred
to as fixed dentistry as opposed to a restoration of missing
teeth with a removable appliance or partial denture.
Bonding
Dr. Bodnar uses dental bonding to shape individual teeth
with a special material that looks, acts and feels like
the genuine article. Bonding is a reasonably priced, swift
and painless method to repair many aesthetic defects or
injuries. Dental bonding by Dr. Bodnar is typically painless
and can produce spectacular results in a single office visit.
Basically, bonding conceals any natural flaws through the
placement of a thin plastic coating on the front surface
of the teeth. After treating the tooth surface, Dr. Bodnar
applies a bonding material that is then sculpted, shaped
and colored to suit your needs. A high-intensity light causes
the plastic to harden after which the new surface is smoothed
and polished. Bonding can lighten stains, close gaps and
even adjust crooked or misshapen teeth. At Dr. Bodnar’s
they can even utilize the bonding material to change the
shape or color of a single tooth or, if necessary, to reconstruct
your whole smile. Bonding can quickly fill in ugly gaps
between teeth and repair chips and cracks.
